BEER DIP


1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
½ lb, Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c.  beer
1 clove garlic/garlic salt to taste   
3 medium size dill pickles out up

The easiest way is to use a blender first blending the cream cheese and beer, then the cheese cubes and garlic, lastly the pickles. If you do not have a blender, do grate the Cheddar Cheese for easier blending by hand. Chill well and serve with chips and raw vegetables.
