BAR CHEESE

Grind up to 1-lb mild Colby-cheddar cheese
Add 4 or 5 cloves of fresh garlic
Add hot sauce to taste.
Mix well
Add can of beer (beer must be stale opened at least 24hrs before)
Add as much beer to get to texture that you like
I grate the cheese and make the garlic into liquid by mixing in blender then I add a little bit of beer.
Then I use hand mixer to due the rest.
Serve with crackers, bread or veggies
