CARAMEL FRUIT DIP

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup caramel ice cream topping
Assorted fresh fruit

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar until smooth. Add caramel topping; blended. Serve with fruit. Refrigerate leftover. Makes: 3 cups.
