PIÑA COLADA DIP

2  (8 oz.) cartons plain yogurt
4  serving size pkg. low-calVanilla pudding mix
½ cup drained crushed pineapple
1  teaspoon coconut extract
1  teaspoon rum extract
1 cup frozen whipped topping,thawed
Bite-sized pieces of fresh fruits and/or vegetables such as pineapple, apple, mandarin orange, strawberries, grapes, etc.

In medium bowl, blend yogurt and pudding mix; stir in pineapple and extracts. Fold in whipped topping. Cover; Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with fruit and vegetable dippers. 2 ½ cups.

TIPS: Weight Watcher recipe: 8 servings, each = ½ milk X, 31 ½ 
       optional calories.
       Can also be served as topping for fruit cup or other dessert
