½ lb. sharp cheddar cheese
¼ lb. uncooked lea bacon
10 slices Pepperidge farm white bread, lightly toasted
¼ lb. uncooked lea bacon
10 slices Pepperidge farm white bread, lightly toasted
Mix cheese, onion and bacon in a meat grinder or food processor. Remove crusts from toasted bread (save crusts to make bread crumbs). Spread toast with mixture. Bake on cookie sheet at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes cut into quarters. Pass on heated tray.
